High Temperature Vinyl Fine Line Tape 150°C

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

A premium grade fine line masking tape that is made of a highly conformable and thermally stabilized vinyl backing coated with a pressure-sensitive natural rubber adhesive. This tape is especially designed to offer a high degree of conformability without excessive stretch. #5615NR is designed to hold and cleanly remove from common automotive substrates in the presence of 150°C temperatures for up to one hour. Tape assures the user of a secure laydown, no-residue-on, de-mask and a sharp and clean line separation.

PRODUCT APPLICATIONS

Excellent for masking colour separation on plastic automotive fascia, trim and finished metals in high temperature OEM bake cycles, aircraft paint operations and clean room bake operations, where a sharp, fine line is required.
