PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

An insulating and sealing tape made of premium self-amalgamating EPR (ethylene propylene rubber) coated with an aggressive temperature stable mastic adhesive. # 9916RM possesses excellent electrical, chemical and physical properties. It is highly conformable, non-vulcanizing and is designed for quick application build-up. The tape offers excellent moisture, corrosion and chemical resistance, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor exposure applications.

PRODUCT APPLICATIONS

#9916RM used for electrical electrical rated for cables and wire connections up to 1000 volts, and bus connections rated up to 35,000 volts. It is also commonly used as padding for irregular shaped bus bars and as a moisture seal for cable & wire connections.
